About Your Hosts
Sisters Alison Nissen and Marcy Stoudt are co-founders of REVEL®, a leadership, culture, and talent advisory firm. Alison is a university professor whose work centers on leadership, storytelling, and communication, while Marcy brings more than two decades of corporate leadership and executive coaching experience. Together, they developed REVEL’s proprietary ABOVE CENTER® framework, which helps leaders recognize reactive patterns, respond with greater intention, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and accountability.
What keeps Marcy Above Center®? Morning coffee, a game night with her family, and her mantra: "Find the joy, and the results will follow."
