-
How does the Revel Network™ program differentiate from other career counseling programs offered at my school? The Revel Network offers a unique advantage by connecting you with members from dozens of universities across the country. Unlike traditional career counseling programs that may be limited to your school's network, our program allows you to tap into a vast, nationwide network of students and professionals. By expanding your connections beyond your immediate circle, you can leverage the collective reach of all participating members. This means that opportunities and contacts that might not be available within your local network could be accessible through someone else's, significantly enhancing your career prospects.
-
How does the membership work? The Revel Network™ operates on a membership basis with a one-time fee. To get started, you'll need to participate in a 4-week Bootcamp, which is scheduled throughout the year. Once you complete the Bootcamp, you'll gain ongoing access to the full range of Revel Network™ benefits. Members are encouraged to actively contribute by sharing job opportunities, highlighting industry news, starting conversations, hosting virtual meetups, and promoting the group to peers and colleagues. This active participation helps you and others leverage the network more effectively and stay engaged with valuable career resources and connections.
-
I'm a busy college athlete, is this program right for me?Yes! This program is designed with college athletes in mind. The skills you’ve developed through your sport directly translate to valuable professional skills. Let us help you map your athletic experience to potential employers and connect you with professional mentors who were college athletes too.
-
Are there job boards or internships available for members?Yes! We post available positions in our private LinkedIn group. These job postings may come directly from the Revel team, but we also encourage members to share job openings from companies they know are hiring. It’s another way to tap into the collective strength of the Revel Network™.
-
What is the time commitment for the Bootcamp? The Bootcamp is a self-paced curriculum with an estimated time of 90 minutes to 3 hours a week, depending on your urgency to find an internship or job opportunity. The weekly assignments include meeting with a professional mentor, meeting with another Revel Network™ member, attending the Live Weekly training, plus completing a weekly report. The weekly live training sessions feature guest speakers and will be recorded in case there is a time conflict the evening of a specific training. These sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, providing you with practical knowledge and skills that will help you in your career search. While the Bootcamp requires a commitment of your time, the benefits and connections you gain will far outweigh the investment.
-
When are the sessions, and do I get to speak to someone directly? We know your schedule is packed, but the Revel Network™ is designed to fit into your life. Our team is here for you with flexible, one-on-one coaching sessions that you can book whenever it’s convenient. Whether you need resume feedback, interview prep, or networking tips, we’ve got you covered. For example, founder Marcy Stoudt has regular office hours for members so they can easily grab a slot that works for them: [View Marcy's Office Hours] Plus, during our Bootcamp, we host live calls where you’ll meet employers from different industries and cities—real-time connections that could open doors for your career. So even if you’re juggling a million things, we’re here to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals, whenever you’re ready.
-
What if I can't attend a Bootcamp live session due to an existing obligation at that time? The live trainings will be recorded, allowing you to learn from the curriculum and the guest speakers at your convenience. While you might miss out on networking and meeting others during the live sessions, it will not prevent you from being successful in the program. We will also do our best to offer “pop up” sessions for members to get added benefits from our team of experts.

What is the Revel Network Advocate Program?Revel Network Advocates help recruit new members to the program and serve as mentors, offering guidance and support throughout the four-week bootcamp. Advocates can promote the program on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, college bulletins, or any social circles to attract new participants. What is the role and expectations? You'll also receive an email with specific guidance on how to support your referrals effectively. How do I qualify as a Revel Network Advocate? To become a Revel Advocate, you must successfully complete a bootcamp. Once qualified, you can refer new members and earn referral bonuses. How do I refer someone? Refer new members to our website, where they can sign up and mention your name in the application. Before the bootcamp begins, make sure to complete the Revel Network Bonus Referral Form to receive credit for your referrals: Referral Form. How do I earn money as a Revel Advocate? Recruit a member into the Revel Network Career Bootcamp and earn a $250 bonus (per member recruited with no minimums!). Important: Revel Advocates must complete the Referral Form prior to the bootcamp commencement, and referrals must successfully graduate from the 4-week program to qualify for payment. What can I put on my resume? Here’s a sample resume description: As a Revel Network Advocate, I leveraged sales and recruiting skills to grow the program by successfully referring new members. I managed the referral process, conducted candidate outreach, and ensured smooth onboarding. Additionally, I mentored new members, offering guidance as they navigated career development.
